At Street Theory, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in India.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• Pre-made products: Processed and dispatched within 10 days.

• Made-to-order or customized items: Processing takes 10–15 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
  You will receive a WhatsApp message with shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Time

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charge: ₹200

• Free shipping is available for all orders above ₹2000

5. Delivery Partners

We ship using trusted courier services like Delhivery and BlueDart.
Every shipped order includes a tracking link which will be sent to you via WhatsApp.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your WhatsApp number. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Holidays or festivals

• Courier issues or remote delivery locations

We are not liable for such delays, but we’ll assist you as best we can.

If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery will be attempted, and additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is:

• Damaged on arrival

• Lost in transit

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
