Street Theory is an online streetwear brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We offer edgy fashion, including clothing, jewelry, and customizable hoodies.

2. Orders

• Orders can be placed directly through our website.

• Some items are made-to-order and may require extra processing time.

• Please make sure all details (shipping address, contact info, size, etc.) are entered correctly at checkout.

• Fake or fraudulent orders will not be tolerated and may be reported.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• We do not accept offline payments or Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping

• We ship across Tier 1,2,3
  cities in India.

• Standard processing time is 10–12 days (for production), and delivery usually takes 2 additional business days.

• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹2000.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.

• You received an incorrect size.

To be eligible:

• You must submit video proof of unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unworn and in original condition.

Please Note:

• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Return requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

6. Customization

• We offer customized hoodies on request.

• All customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the rare case of transit damage (with unboxing video proof).

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, product designs, logos, images, and text on our website belong to Street Theory and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Reuse, reproduction, or modification of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

• Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting.

• We are not responsible for any allergies caused by materials used in clothing or jewelry. Please read product descriptions carefully.

• Delays due to courier issues, natural events, or unforeseen situations may occur and are not under our control.
